Maturity Assessment Online Forms

Form 1: Data Management General Practices

  • This form (Qualtrics Survey) aims at assessing data management general practices for the entire ISRP, but it can be used to assess Project 1 - 5 separately if necessary. 

Form 2: Data Acquisition, Processing and Quality Assurance

  • The focus of this form is on data collection and documentation stage in the data lifecycle. The PI or lead of Project 1 - 5 can use it for self-assessment. 

Form 3: Data Description and Representation

  • The focus of this form is on metadata process areas that involve adopting metadata standards, generating metadata descriptions for data and best practices. The PI or lead of Project 1 - 5 can use it for self-assessment.
