DataHarmonizer is a standardized, browser‑based spreadsheet editor and data validation tool. This open‑source project is developed by the Centre for Infectious Disease Genomics and One Health (CIDGOH) at Simon Fraser University.
DataHarmonizer-ISRP is a stand-alone, browser‑based version of DataHarmonizer. It includes customized templates developed specifically for projects conducted under the Iowa Superfund Research Program (ISRP).
How to Use
- Choose the ZIP file that corresponds to your Project # or your name initial.
- Extract the ZIP file.
- Navigate into the extracted folder.
- Open either main.html or index.html file.
- Locate a PDF user manual in the nested path: dist/templates/Project#/
